SUMMARY:Repair Cafe at Sawston Free Church
DESCRIPTION:Bring along your broken item and a skilled volunteer will help you fix it!  We can tackle a wide variety of repairs including clothes and fabrics\, electrical items\, electronics and other items. (Please note that we will not be able to replace cracked screens on phones or tablets).  The repairers are brilliant and can fix a lot of things but there are no guarantees. \nAdvance bookings are now closed\, but we have capacity for unbooked items including fabric repairs\, and electricals.   (Sorry we cannot offer jewellery repairs this time).   The event runs from 2pm – 5pm\, but if you do not have a booking please aim to arrive between 2:15pm and 4pm. \nIf you have a bicycle which needs attention\, you don’t have to wait till this event – you can bring it to one of the weekly Dr Bike Stapleford workshops held each Tuesday afternoon from 3pm – 5:30pm at the Old Slaughterhouse on Church Street in Stapleford). \nWe are grateful to the Sawston Free Church for providing the venue for this event. \nIf you have any questions\, please email 2G3Srepaircafes@gmail.com \nIt’s a free event but donations are very welcome.   Tea and cake will be available of course!
