Film Screening – Fugolburna

Monday 18th November.   Cox’s Close Community Centre, Stapleford.

Fugolburna, taken from the Anglo Saxon name for Fulbourn, is a documentary film produced by Fulbourn Forum.   The film is intended as a call to action, for us all to protect and restore the area’s iconic chalk streams currently in crisis.

It celebrates the beautiful Fulbourn Fen Nature Reserve and beyond, and shows the efforts made by the local community and environment groups and organisations to support nature recovery, and to maintain and improve the health of local ecosystems.

Register in advance:  Seating is limited, so please email helensshelfordhistory@gmail.com to book a ticket.  We are asking for £2 each from all attendees to cover the costs of  screening; payment will be taken on the night.
