Warren is an ESOS Lead Assessor for buildings, processes and transport with extensive experience in the built environment, including consultancy for the selection of renewable technology, energy management and retrofit. His talk will help homeowners understand how heat pumps work, how they are designed and installed and why they are a good option for improving energy efficiency. He will also investigate alternative low carbon heating options and new technology; followed by a Q&A including some common “is it true?” questions.
